Keystone Compliance Advisory is a domestic compliance practice for Ontario businesses. We exist for one reason: to make sure the obligations that keep a business legitimate are met, on time, without the owner having to hold all of it in their head.
Most small and mid-sized businesses in Ontario carry more compliance obligations than they realise, spread across municipal licences, provincial requirements like WSIB and AODA, and federal rules. The obligations are not hard to meet on their own. What makes them a burden is that there are many of them, they each have their own deadline and portal, and missing one can carry real consequences. Owners end up either paying for it in stress and lost time, or discovering a gap only after it becomes a problem.
Keystone was built to take that whole picture off the owner's plate. We find what applies, do the work of meeting it, and keep it current as rules change, so compliance becomes something that is handled rather than something that is worried about.
Two commitments shape everything we do.
Clarity before commitment. Every engagement begins by establishing what actually applies to your business, in writing, before any ongoing arrangement is considered. You should never be paying for support without first understanding exactly what you are responsible for and why.
Transparent pricing. Every price is published. You can read what a service costs, and what it includes, before you speak to anyone. Compliance is complicated enough. What it costs to have it handled should not be.
We are based in Brampton and Ottawa and serve businesses throughout Ontario. Our focus is domestic: the compliance obligations that apply to businesses operating here, at every level of government.
Keystone does the work of compliance and owns the quality and outcome of that work. The legal responsibility to comply, and all final approvals, remain with your business. Our role is administrative and coordination support, not legal or accounting advice. Where a matter calls for a lawyer or an accountant, we will say so, and we work alongside the advisors you already trust.
